Text Messaging Is Easy To Use!

  1. If you registered yourself in the kiosk User Interface registration page,  you click on the "FAMILY INFO" button and find your registration. 
  2. From there, just click on your mobile phone number and you will automatically be transferred to the text message entry box. 
  3. Type your message and press send. Within a few seconds or so you should see your message on your wireless phone.
Email works the same way. 

  1. Just click on their email address and you will automatically be transferred to the email client text entry box. The To: field will automatically be filled in.
  2. Just enter your message in the text editor.
  3. Click on send and you're done.
Some of the other benefits of these communication technology,  is the cell numbers and email addresses are automatically entered into a contact field. This adds a layer of HIPPA security and protection; in order to prevent information from being mistakenly sent to someone other than the registered recipient. All transmissions are automatically dated and timed stamped with the senders name, recipient, subject, message and archived for the record as needed. Thereafter, all message may be recalled for printing, reports and review.
