Simple and elegant, this is the interface that will allow your entire team to review family registration, needs assessments, intimate patient information. With the click of their mouse your Team has the tools to easily communicate and assist family and other team members, via email or SMS. If you registered yourself in the kiosk registration page you click on the "FAMILY INFO" button and find your registration. From there, just click on your mobile phone number and you will automatically be transferred to the text message entry box. Type your message and press send. Within 5 seconds or so you should see your message on your wireless phone. Email works the same way. Just click on their the email and you will automatically be transferred to the email client text entry box and the To: field will automatically be filled in. One other benefit of these communications is they are all date and timed stamped with the senders name and can be printed and archived for the record as needed. |
